I dealt mainly with Courtney although I did speak with Darren on the phone and when I visited my late father in your Chapel of Rest. Throughout the process Courtney was brilliant. Kind, empathetic, and completely professional whilst retaining that “human touch”. My father was treated with the utmost care and respect. Thank you to everyone involved. You made a very difficult time in our lives more bearable.

I would like to compliment the funeral directors in E Peart for their advise support and guidance with my mums funeral Mrs Joyce Wilson. At such a difficult time support and understanding is most important. The funeral went smoothly due to excellent planning and communication from the directors. Darren, Courtney and the rest of the staff helped us to make the funeral a perfect occasion to celebrate the life of our mother. We were advised and supported with respect and care in every aspect of the funeral, and the confidence instilled by all the staff on the day was of great comfort to us at a difficult time. From the initial contact with E Peart following the death if our Father, the service we received was highly professional. Courtney ensured that she understood our requirements fully and she could not have been more helpful and respectful in ensuring that these were met fully. Her communication with us throughout was excellent, keeping us updated and informed and constantly ensuring that we were comfortable with all of the arrangements. The day of the funeral ran exactly to plan and time with Courtney and the rest of the team doing an amazing job in giving our Father the respectful funeral he would have wanted. I can’t thank Courtney enough for what she did and making what was a very difficult time for us that so much easier.
